restaurant. It is our pleasure to serve you, and we are proud of
our dishes that have gained mention in a number of specialized magazines
and guides.
In the spring we suggest a variety of dishes with the ingredients
of reawakened nature, wild herbs and asparagus in particular, such
as our white asparagus "risotto" and "crespelle ai
bruscandoli" (crêpes with wild greens). For the summer
we invite you to enjoy our fresh Adriatic fish dishes.
For the autumn we suggest the mushrooms of our Treviso countryside,
"bigoli" (thick fresh-pasta spaghetti) with duck sauce,
fillet with pore mushroom sauce, and pheasant with "salsa peverada"
(pepper sauce), without forgetting our dishes with red chicory of
Treviso.And for dessert, our typical specialties such as "tiramisù",
chocolate or vanilla mousse, and a variety of pies baked with the
fruits in season.
